This week, we celebrated our daughter’s 8th birthday. She has been very consistent over the years with her love of rainbows and unicorns so it was no surprise when she asked for a Rainbow Unicorn-themed birthday. Check out the festivities below!
Our cake table featured a white balloon “cloud” arch over Rainbow Streamers, Air-filled Unicorn Balloons and a Rainbow Banner. I highly recommend using a Electric Balloon Inflator — it’ll save you so much time!
**Game Changer Alert** I tried the Bunch O Balloons Electric Pump. You can inflate up to 40 balloons at a time and they self-seal with a ribbon. The store was out of white balloons so I filled and tied those individually with the Bunch-O-Balloons inflator, which comes with an adaptor so you can inflate single balloons or even water toys, etc!
Since the birthday was a weeklong celebration, she was spoiled with three cakes: Donut Cake, French Macaron Cake and a Rainbow Unicorn Vanilla Cake.
Piñatas have become a tradition at our family birthdays. I was able to use left over Halloween candy and added some fun non-candy items. The favorite filler item this year was the Bath Bombs with Surprises!
How cute are these Rainbow Favor Boxes? We didn’t have party favors since we only had the family over for the birthday, but I found some fun favor options or other piñata filler ideas such as: Rainbow Stacked Crayons, Scratch Art, Bubble Wands, Mini Swirl Lollipops, Rainbow String Balls and Ring Pops.
Our youngest daughter is already asking for a Rainbow-themed Party for her next birthday so I’m saving any left over decorations and will be referencing our Rainbow Unicorn Party in a Pin soon!
